By accessing or using our restaurants, websites, mobile applications, social‑media channels, games or loyalty programmes (collectively, the “Services”) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must not use the Services.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your relationship with Wing Shack (“Wing Shack”, “we”, “our”, “us”) whenever you order from, participate in promotions, enter competitions, play Wing Shack Games, join our loyalty programmes or otherwise interact with us.

2.       You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; and

3.       You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Menu, Pricing & Availability

·   All menu items, descriptions, imagery and prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

·   Portions and nutritional information are approximate. Actual items may differ in presentation.

·   Availability of items may vary by location and is subject to demand and supply.

·   We reserve the right to refuse service or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

5. Offers, Promotions & Discounts

1.       Single‑Use Policy — No Combination
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no Offer (including but not limited to Wing Wednesday, bundles, combos, vouchers, happy‑hour specials or third‑party codes) may be used in conjunction with any other Offer. Only the highest‑value applicable Offer will be honoured.

2.       Eligibility & Validity
Offers are valid only for the time periods, locations, channels and menu items specified. Exclusions may apply.

3.       Redemption Mechanics
You must present the relevant code, voucher or app screen at the time of ordering. We are not obliged to retrospectively apply an Offer.

4.       Right to Withdraw or Amend
We may create, amend, suspend or withdraw any Offer, bundle or combo at our absolute discretion, for any reason, at any time, without liability. Where practical, we will notify the Community via our usual communication channels.

6. Loyalty Programmes & Rewards

·   Participation in any Wing Shack loyalty programme is free and subject to these Terms and any additional programme rules.

·   Points, tiers, badges, rewards or other benefits have no cash value, are non‑transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or combined.

·   We may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty programme, adjust point balances, change earning or redemption rates, introduce expiry dates or make any other changes we deem fit.

·   We will use reasonable endeavours to inform the Community of material changes in advance, but such notice is not a pre‑condition of validity.

7. Wing Shack Games & Competitions

1.       Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise, Games are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, agents and affiliates of Wing Shack.

2.       Entry
Entry mechanics, start/end dates, prize details and any Game‑specific rules will be published on the launch page or in‑app. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

3.       Prizes
Prizes are as described, non‑transferable, non‑refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4.       Conduct
You must not cheat, hack, interfere with, abuse or manipulate any Game. We may disqualify any participant or void any score we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

5.       Final Ruling
The decision of Wing Shack is final and binding in all matters related to Games. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.       Discretionary Changes
We may cancel, extend, modify or suspend any Game, alter rules, or disqualify participants at our sole discretion and without liability.

8. Online Ordering, Delivery & Collection

·   Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

·   You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

9. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

·   Customers with allergies or special dietary requirements must inform staff and check allergen information each time they order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Services (including text, graphics, logos, recipes, trademarks, trade dress, photographs, audio and video) is owned or licensed by Wing Shack and protected by intellectual‑property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

·   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

·   Subject to the above, Wing Shack shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

·   In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wing Shack for the relevant order or £100, whichever is greater.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to Terms

We keep these Terms under regular review and may revise them at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wing Shack regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreement.
